Kari Coetzer

Kari Coetzer serves as Head of Learning and Development at Twenty20 Management. She was born in South Africa but lived most of her life in the US. She grew up in New Jersey and then attended Virginia Tech where she earned a bachelor’s in psychology. After graduating, she stayed in Blacksburg and in 2019 she started working for Twenty20 Management as the Director of Recruitment. After 4 years in that role, she recently transitioned to the Head of Training and Development, focusing on the growth and development of all our team members. Kari always wanted to work with people and make a visible difference in lives, and Twenty20 Management has been the perfect place to do so.
